Whistleblowing System (WBS)

BNI is committed to good corporate governance and conducting business with professionalism and integrity. We encourage internal staff and external parties to report any suspected violations through our Whistleblowing System (WBS) to help maintain and enhance BNI's reputation.
In collaboration with an independent consultant, we offer a confidential and impartial reporting channel for WBS-related concerns. You can reach us through the following communication methods:
To facilitate prompt follow-up actions, reports should include at least the following information:
  • Whistle-blower's identity (anonymous reporting is allowed)
  • A description of the alleged violation
  • Names of the individuals reported and others involved (if applicable), including their respective units
  • The location and time of the incident
  • Any supporting documents and evidence (if available)
BNI is dedicated to protecting the confidentiality of the whistle-blower's identity, the report, and any related information submitted in good faith through the WBS.
